HAROLD ROSENTHAL FELLOWSHIP IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
The Harold Rosenthal Fellowship in International Relations honors the memory of a young man killed in a terrorist attack in 1976 while working for Senator Jacob Javits of New York.
